"There is now a realization in the organization – an operational belief - that not only are people's opinions important, but with Quask FormArtist we now have the wherewithal to quickly and efficiently measure it.”
Mark Share, Director of Technology, Kyrene School District, Arizona
Situation
The Kyrene Elementary School District consists of approximately 18,000 students, 2000 staff members, and 25 schools. While the District has consistently been interested in the opinions and views of its clients, staff, students, and community members, there has not been an easy way to derive this information.
Key Issues
Individual schools and or departments conducted surveys but these either had to be on bubble sheets or hand-scored. Conducting the surveys through FormArtist reduced the number of hours necessary to do the work and allowed any additional effort to be put on the analysis of the data, instead of the acquisition of the data.
Implementation
Three licenses were purchased so that two personnel could create surveys and the third cut support their work. The first survey that was conducted was a huge set of Technology Surveys that were administered to all staff, parents, and students.
Result
In addition to the data that was acquired from specific surveys, there is now a realization in the organization – an operational belief - that not only are people's opinions important, but we have the wherewithal to quickly and efficiently measure it.
