Set up a profile that can be re-used for future deployments. The profile contains all information about a web server you publish to. |

Select the form and the profile and press OK. All the files are automatically uploaded to the right place. |
The form is now accessible through a web link which can be:
- sent out via email.
- embedded into your web page (see right).
- entered into the address bar of a browser.

Embedding a form into a web page
You can also embed the deployed form into any existing web page. FormArtist includes a wizard which takes an existing HTML page and automatically adds the right links and tags to it.
