Emoticons are Quask's patent-pending means of capturing data in a far more engaging and intuitive way than using arrays of tickboxes.
Questions like "How do you rate... ?", "How do you feel about... ?", "How much do agree with... ?" are very often asked and can be answered using Emoticons.
