Easy Distribution

Design the form in FormArtist, then send it out as a single email attachment or put the file on a CD or other medium. The respondent simply double-clicks the attachment or file and the form is automatically added to Form Manager.

Manage Multiple-Form Instances

Form Manager manages any number of forms, and allows you to create as many instances of each form as required. Partially completed forms can be saved at any point and then returned to at a later stage. This is great for lengthy forms that need some time to complete.

Create Workflows

Forms can also be forwarded to other people, which creates a great form document workflow capability. In this fashion, a form can be routed to any number of people, allowing the right people to add to the form at the right place.

Data Collection

At any point, the user can request that all or some form data is sent back. The data is then packaged up as a single data file and put onto a disk or emailed directly back to the FormArtist user. In this way, all data for each form ends up in one central location where it can be analyzed or exported in the usual way.
