You can populate data into hidden or visible FormArtist form fields either using parameters or using XML. FormArtist provides functions to make this a very straightforward task. FormArtist allows you to map individual form fields to fields in a locally stored database.
When you notify your respondents of the form, they will see their own personalized information already populated in the form. When data is retrieved, it can update the ODBC datasource from which it was taken.
