Quask Launches FormArtist v3.5, Leading Web Forms and Survey Software,
with New Offline Form Manager Feature

Quask, a leading provider of web-based forms and survey software, announced today the release of a major new version, v3.5, of its FormArtist range of products. FormArtist is a desktop software package that enables users to rapidly create and publish web and e-mail based forms, surveys, e-brochures and opinion polls, without requiring any technical knowledge or programming abilities. With the launch of version 3.5, FormArtist now offers a unique way of collecting data not just online, but also offline with its new Offline Form Manager feature.

The new Offline Form Manager is a module available in the Professional edition of FormArtist that allows people to complete forms and surveys without being connected to the internet. Now, forms and surveys can be deployed to a web-server for completion by recipients online, and can be distributed via email, on CD, or as a file for completion offline. Recipients need only load and install the Form Manager once to receive any number of different forms, and can fill in multiple instances of the same form. Forms can be saved and closed at any time during completion, so enabling lengthy or complex forms to be completed over a period of time.

A new Auto Forwarding capability in FormArtist 3.5, allows partially completed forms to be distributed from person to person. This is particularly useful where organisations run complex ‘process forms' requiring input from multiple people/departments. Data from completed forms is returned to the FormArtist Professional user, stored in a database, and can then be exported and analysed in the usual way. The Offline Form Manager can be run on desktop PCs, laptops and tablet PCs, with a PDA version to follow shortly.
