Quask's FormArtist and FormCaster Products Integrate with Best-Selling

Quask, a provider of web-based survey and forms software solutions, announced today the integration of its FormArtist and FormCaster products with the highly popular contact management software solution, ACT!, from Interact Corporation.

Quask's products enable the rapid creation of forms and surveys for the Internet by technical and non-technical users alike. Multi-page, visually rich forms can be embedded directly into web pages. Quask's products also interface with most email clients, allowing forms to be emailed to target audiences. Completed forms can be emailed with the results formatted into the body text of the email. An attachment is also created that, when opened, loads the data into the form itself. Data can also be collected into databases for export or survey analysis.

The integration with ACT! enables users to conduct email surveys to ACT! contact groups. History items are added to each contact as the emails are dispatched. When the responses are returned, the response is saved to the contact as a history note with the response attached. The user may then open this attachment from within ACT! so that the actual survey form is displayed with the data populated inside. Quask's products will soon include the ability to generate new contact records directly from Quask forms.

The ease of use with which forms can be developed, combined with the ability to attach responses into the ACT! database means that sales and marketing professionals are able to inexpensively conduct surveys and monitor trends both for their customer base as a whole as well as looking at individual customers over time.
