FormArtist WorkFlow Offers Unique Approach to Workflow and Business Process Mapping

FormArtist WorkFlow adopts a forms-driven approach to workflow and enables organizations to easily map their business processes to FormArtist's web-based forms, encapsulating the routing, notification and other logic into the form itself. Like all Quask’s products, FormArtist WorkFlow has been designed with ‘usability’ high on the agenda. Its combination of ease of use, ease of implementation and powerful functionality makes it a truly unique offering in the workflow/BPM arena.

FormArtist WorkFlow enables departments and organizations to save considerable amounts of time and increase efficiencies by automating and streamlining their business processes. Its structured approach to the gathering and dissemination of information facilitates global, intelligent and rapid information flow and collaborative data collection. Electronic documents are easily stored and accessed via the browser, and processes can be mapped to single or multiple forms, with access levels for viewing and creating workflow forms easily defined. FormArtist WorkFlow is also packaged with a license for FormArtist LiveStats which provides real-time browser-based statistics and reporting for forms and processes. FormArtist LiveStats enables users to easily configure reports containing bar charts, pie charts, tables, lists and OLAP cubes for others to access both inside and outside the organization.

FormArtist WorkFlow has been built around Quask’s award winning FormArtist product. FormArtist is a browser-based data collection tool, enabling users to produce extremely attractive online and offline HTML and PDF forms, surveys and polls. All form access is browser-based and no plug-ins are required to display or complete the forms. With FormArtist WorkFlow, forms can be designed very quickly and workflow rules can be defined with no technical or programming knowledge required. Forms can look exactly the way the user wants them to look, and simple or complex intelligence (such as page skipping, validation, routing logic etc.) can easily be built-in.

FormArtist WorkFlow requires Windows 2000 or Windows 2003 Server running IIS and Microsoft SQL Server 2000. Any degree of customisation is possible, and the system integrates at the form or field level with almost any other system or database. With FormArtist WorkFlow, there is no limit to the number of people completing forms. FormArtist WorkFlow licenses (server side components) retail for $14,990 per server and include the LiveStats real-time reporting and analysis license and one form design client. Additional form design clients can be purchased for $899 per client. It is also available as a hosted solution.
