Design a Form or Survey

FormArtist is installed on your PC. It is fast and packed with functionality. You can design your forms and surveys without having to be connected to the Internet.

Use Styles

Creating forms and surveys with pre-defined styles is very quick and straightforward. Commonly asked questions or question groups can be dropped in instantly, and you can also create your own styles.

Deploy the Form

Point a form at your deployment profile (a saved description of your web server) and your form is live. No seperate FTPing or file copying is needed. You can publish to various web servers. FormArtist works with almost all web servers whether Microsoft, Unix or Linux. Your forms and surveys can appear in 'pop-up' windows or can be embedded into your web pages.

Notify Respondents

You may want to notify your target audience of the form or survey. FormArtist allows you to create plain text or HTML emails and inserts the link for the respondent to click on to show the form. FormArtist also has 'reminder' and 'thankyou' email facilities.

Collect the Data

Data is stored on your web server as XML so you don't have to fiddle around with databases (FormArtist Server uses SQL-Server). Whenever you want to, you can retrieve data back to your PC where it is stored in a local database that is created for you automatically. The data is then removed from the web server.

Analyze or Export the Data

Once the data is back in your PC, you can analyze it using FormArtist's Excel and HTML reports, or you can export to SPSS, Snap, CSV or ODBC.
