Intelligent Forms

The Scripting capabilities in FormArtist allow you to build intelligence into your web forms. Typical uses of Scripting include page skipping, randomization of responses and page sequences, data piping, validations, server look-ups and communication, hiding of pages and objects, calculations, timer effects (time limited questions and timed web form completion), visual effects (fading, moving, transparency) and much more.

Science Quiz

This quiz has a time limit on each question. If you don't answer each question within the time, it will automatically jump to the next one. If you get a question wrong, you are told the correct answer. At the end, you are shown your score.

Question Skipping 1

This simple web form shows how answers to a question determine other questions that are shown. Building in the logic for this using the simple wizard takes around 1 minute.
