The 2-page form on the left and below shows a purchase order form. After being completed it can automatically route itself to one or more people for approval.

Complex routing can be set up enabling clarifications and multi-stage approval and sign-offs.

Different parts of the form can be shown, hidden or set as read-only depending on what type of user is viewing the form or what stage the form is at.

You can use our form building service or alternatively you can build your own forms.

On the right is the second page of this sample form. For the person making the purchase order, this page would not be accessible.

Once the form has been submitted, it can make decisions about who it is sent to. It can be sent to one or several people for approval or just information purposes.

There are no limits to the number of stages in a form's life nor the number of 'User Levels' involved in the form.
