Email Notifications

When a form has been submitted it is routed to one or more people.

The standard notification method is via email. A typical email notification is shown on the left.

Any of the fields in the form can be inserted into the email to make it more friendly.

Emails can be plain text or HTML and can be laid out in any format required.

The email will contain a link to the form so when the person who has been notified clicks on the link the form will appear immediately.

Simple Routing Example

On the left is a simple but typical workflow map (generated in Quask WorkFlow).

An employee wants to purchase something and so goes to the company portal to request a new purchase order form.

If the total order amount is less than $1,000 then it is routed only to the Manager.

If more than $1,000 then the Manager and the CFO need to sign it off.

If further explanations are required then the form is routed back to the Applicant. Otherwise, the form is approved.

At this point, the order data could be transferred directly into your finance (or other) systems.
