Forms Designer |

This is the best tool on the market for creating web-based forms and surveys that look exactly the way the designer wants them to look. Any shape, size, look and feel can be achieved with the minimum of effort.

Visual WorkFlow Modelling |

This powerful feature enables you to model your workflows and processes graphically. But it doesn't just model, it also automates so that workflow commands created at the modelling stage are automatically transferred to the workflow forms.

Visual Scripting |

Our visual interface extends way beyond workflow and process modelling. All aspects of scripting a form is graphically driven and makes for a totally unique way of controlling dynamic form behavior without the need for writing any JavaScript.

Server |

Form Server is our own forms engine that powers surveys, workflows and processes. It comes with extensive integration capabilities for synchronous (Triggers) and asynchronous (API) integration.

Portal |

This is the Portal that allows users to access their forms. There is also considerable administrative functionality for mapping organizational structures.

Our LiveStats module enables you to report on all your form data via a browser and in real-time.

Platform and Architecture
Quask WorkFlow incorporates the Form Server forms engine that manages forms of all types, whether surveys, data entry forms or workflow forms.
Form Server requires the following platform components and we recommend that the latest Service Packs are installed:
- Windows Server 2000 or 2003
- IIS Web Server
- SQL Server 2000 or 2005
- .NET Framework
Form Server has the following key architectural features:
Database Driven |

Forms and form data is stored in the Form Server database. No information other than some optional debug information is written to the web server. |
Scalable |
|
As the system is database driven, it can scale by adding multiple web servers. |
Security |
|
Form Server uses encryption and compresssion for data transfer between the FormArtist Designer. All server to browser communication also uses encryption and you can provide additional security by using SSL certificates on your system. |
XML |
|
All system data is stored as XML. |
